Sexuality

You know what’s sexy? authenticity. visibility. vulnerability.

Why is the world so interested in who you’re sleeping with? It’s really not that interesting at all. Still, we’ve all internalized ideas about sex - how we “ought” to be having it, with whom, when, how often, in what ways, etc.

Only… we’ve all got our own individual sense of eroticism.

Our partner(s) and our own busy lives complicate our desires and our sexuality. On top of that, society wants to erase anything outside of the heteronormative /nuclear family models.

Our goal is to get you to an embodied place with your own sexuality, to help you work through sexual challenges, to support your exploration of your own personal pleasure, and to help you develop new ways of relating to yourself as a sexual being.
