Eco-Anxiety

What space are you making for yourself to grieve?

Rising sea levels, coastal land erosion, rising temperatures, shifting weather patterns, and various other crises including wildfires, floods and land-slides, means a rapidly changing world.

Only, what space are we making to actually grieve the losses that we are witnessing and anticipating? We have a profound connection to the land, sky, and water around us. We have a connection to the ecosystems around us and also to the lifeforms who inhabit those spaces.

As ecological losses happen, and as we anticipate future loss, anxiety can predominate. This is especially true if you live in environments where these losses are more visible.

We have tools to offer you as you navigate this changing world.

What are we doing to our home?
